The study was directed by Don Rebovich and involved research contributions from two graduates from the UC Economic Crime Investigation Program (Barbara Stack and Ingrid Norris). The editor for the report was Shanna Van Slyke. The study was done in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts-Lowell and data solutions firm ID Analytics.
